USA. Leading North American concessionaire The Paradies Shops has opened a concept integrating Goldberg’s Café and The New York Times Bookstore at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
Downtown deli concept Goldberg’s serves famous fresh bagels, gourmet sandwiches, salads, soups and regional specialties.
A Paradies partnership since 2005, the New York Times Bookstore will showcase over 50 book titles across ten categories. The store will also feature an expanded section promoting African-American literature and local authors. The store also gives a nod to Atlanta’s culture and history in a special section dedicated to information on the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
The National Center for Civil and Human Rights is a cultural institution coming to Atlanta in the spring of 2014. It aims to inspire current and future generations by exhibiting the fight of African Americans in the Civil Rights Movement, and its continuous impact on the lives of individuals around the world.
“Paradies is proud and honored to partner with these memorable symbols of Atlanta,” said The Paradies Shops President & CEO Gregg Paradies. “Goldberg’s reputation for great food has been synonymous with Atlanta for over 40 years, and the new National Center for Civil and Human Rights will be a source of pride and education for the city for many years to come.”
