SINGAPORE/SOUTH KOREA. The Shilla Duty Free is gearing up for next Monday’s Grand Opening of its much-anticipated Duplex Beauty Boutique at Singapore Changi Airport. And to cap off an important finish to 2016, in December it will celebrate the soft opening of its extraordinarily ambitious Shilla IPark duty free, a joint venture between its parent company Samsung and Hyundai Development Company.
